Look ahead

Look Ahead is a grouping in RigFlow that provides users with a forward-looking view of rig operations. It brings together two key tools: Operation Overview (formerly called “Up Next”) and WellCom Project Planner. This grouping is meant to help rig teams prepare better by clearly showing what’s happening now—and what’s coming next in both the short- and long-term planning.

How it looks

You’ll find the Look Ahead grouping in the Left Sidebar of RigFlow. When you open it, you’ll see two items:

  1. Operation Overview: A visual guide on what has been done and the upcoming work on the rig. Read more about Operation overview.

  2. WellCom Project Planner: A read-only planning tool that shows upcoming work from the WellCom system. Read more about Wellcom Project Planner.
